Delivery and Handling

Free Delivery

Shipments within Kuala Lumpur will be delivered free for orders above RM400. For all other orders, a delivery fee of RM 10 (Peninsular Malaysia) or RM 12 (East Malaysia) applies.

For domestic order, we use Pos Malaysia, City-Link Express & FedEx Express Service whenever available.

In the unlikely event we could not ship via our usual couriers, a suitable alternative will be provided with no extra cost.

In the unlikely event that the product ordered is out-of-stock, we shall notify you at the earliest opportunity for a refund or replacement.

Packing and Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 1 business day. However, we plead for your understanding should we require extra time to prepare your order.

Courier Delivery Time

Peninsular Malaysia: 1-4 business days;
Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan and ASEAN countries: 1-5 business days;
International: Varies according to destination.

Orders shipped within Peninsular Malaysia can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the Peninsular Malaysia can be expected within 2 – 4 business days.

Change/ Cancellation Of Order

Should you need to cancel or modify after placing your order kindly contact us immediately. We will accept the change/order if the goods have not been shipped.

Pickup From Store/ Cash On Delivery

Arrangements for COD can be requested. We strive to accommodate all requests based on our availability.

Flat Rate Shipping

All shipments within Malaysia are charged at a flat rate regardless of weight.
Peninsular Malaysia : RM 10 per order.
East Malaysia : RM 12 per order.

International Shipping

Shipping to other international destinations is charged based on shipping weight and dimension, and the cost will generally be less than RM120. Kindly contact us for a more precise quotation.

Import Tax and Duties

Unfortunately, we are unable to individually assess import taxes for each country and hence any import taxes and/ or duties incurred during the importation process for overseas order are the responsibility of the customer.

For ASEAN customers, we will provide notification notes alongside your orders to ease custom clearance. All our products are approved by the Malaysian regulatory agency and it will be mutually recognised within ASESAN agencies.

For all Malaysian customers, Wonderleen Sdn. Bhd. is currently not registered for GST and all prices are net.
